My computer began crashing with ‘Critical Process errors’. I took it to Geek Squad (Best Buy), they went down to machine level and we installed Windows 7. Even that would not install correctly after two days of loading updates and one day of installing updates, computer stopped on update 170 out of 224. I trashed my computer and bought a macbook air.
